remix of this guy lil homicide that got capped by the coppers... dunno which one it was, but I think it might have been Brown Jr. in this, from elizabeth City... honestly as a repub, I reviewed the footage of the Andrew Brown Jr. Lil Homicide incident, and tbh I thought the police - despite preventing potential carnage/destruction from a felony evasion car chase granted - acted with a bit too much gusto...  BUT THE ONLY REASON IM STANDING BY THAT STATEMENT IS BECAUSE IT TURNS OUT HE WASNT PACKIN', juss sayin'!~
