I have a close associate in DDU/IDU who has a special needs child with cystic fibrosis. As far back as I can remember this child meant so much to her...
Her name is Jennifer,
And she has always wanted the struggle she went through with her daughter to be christly..
Jen's unlikely dream has come true - to have a grandchild.
Not likely considering her daughter has Cystic Fibrosis....
But surely enough,
Jennifer's daughter is 7 months along,
and getting married to a smart young American of African Heritage who is in Hawaii!
It's make or break time,
and at 7 months,
they have a name for the little boy - "Noah".
Put him in your prayers...
Jennifer's daughter is currently in the hospital,
scared of what it could mean if she doesn't make it through the pregnancy...
I've been praying for Noah to be born as mature as possible - but even if she gave birth?
What difference would it make liberal?
What difference would it make for that crazy girl, huh?
What would it mean for that little 'un?
Jennifer used to be a model and now works as an Educational Therapist wherever she can.
It's truly a story of the Triumph of the Will.
You must surely understand something,
which is,
She's in the hospital right now @ DUKE,
so go blue devils - go Durham Bulls, and Go A GO GABBA HEY!
What with the rarity of Jen's daughter even being this old, let enough having a child (CF patients generally pass very young), this is a walking on water miracle!
So this one's for you Jen!
And to think!
