That's right people believing themselves to be somehow an apostle, somehow a prophet, somehow a Christ theirselves, or even people high on drugs playing God taking the consequences of a terminal illness out on others ,(ergo ipso "grievances").
That's right the word on the street is it is a good thing to play God. The word on the street is it is righteous to believe oneself to be God. It is considered morally appropriate for one to consider theirselves as God.

I mean in any literal sense, one would have to be a fool to consider their body a temple.
